3D Modeling and Rapid Prototyping #
We offer a comprehensive range of standard products, allowing customers to quickly select suitable components. 3D drawings are available on our official website for simulation and evaluation, streamlining the selection process and reducing the time required for mold opening and self-drawing.
In-House Analysis and Testing #
Our self-owned laboratory is equipped to test products according to customer performance requirements, providing efficient inspection reports and eliminating the delays associated with third-party labs. All necessary inspection fixtures are available in-house, further enhancing efficiency.
For outdoor equipment and applications requiring extended product life, we can customize standard products with advanced surface treatments for high-resistance salt spray protection, passing tests of 240 to 720 hours or more. We also meet acid and alkali resistance requirements.
